- Audit potential polluting sources in drinking water source protection areas to prevent the contamination of drinking water sources.

- Regularly convene the River Pollution Remediation Task Force to enhance the communication between all participating units in order to work together to improve river water quality.
- Investigate sources and severity of riverside pollutions to develop remediation plans; lobby for funding to install water quality improvement facilities and cut pollution sources in order to improve the overall water quality.
